  • 20-30 minute outdoor silent disco meditation round the campfire

  • breathwork that will prepare your body for the cold water

  • wild dipping within a strong circle of sisterhood, all supporting one another

  • serene cold water mindfulness for a few minutes 

  • a little twist at the end with a bit of dancing and singing (and of course photographs!)

  • heating up afterwards around the campfire, toasting marshmallows and having a hot drink

  • feeling part of a beautiful, loving community of women 

AND it is all set within the most glorious backdrop of Scottish hills and mountains.

We carefully select meditations to restore and unwind your mind, before taking you in the cold water to reconnect you back to a natural state and make you feel so alive and all in 1.5 hours!  Sound good? Well, it freaking is!  The power we harness from the natural elements of being in mother nature and the cold, makes us feel happy, strong, full of life and ZINGING!

No experience is necessary – beginners welcome!

FAQs

  • Wear a swimming costume under loose fitting, a few layers warm of clothes

    Wear a warm jacket, hat and bring gloves

    Bring a spare pair of trainers or water shoes for wearing into the water

    Bring a towel to stand on and one to dry yourself (poncho towels are great to get changed under)

    Bring a hot drink in flask

  • We start each class by relaxing the mind and body and sitting in gratitude.

    You will wear headphones and an eye mask, sitting in a chair (provided by us) in a large group circle round the fire.

    We play the meditation and relaxing music for 20-30 minutes so that your mind, heart and body are fully relaxed.

  • Each session is timed based on the water and air temperature in each class and we will guide and support you through the session.

  • This is not a swimming class, we are dipping and so we go in up to waist or chest and stand in the water allowing the cold water to move around our body.

  • Getting your body moving (physiology) refers to your body and all its systems, and by extension, elements that directly impact those systems. Physiology dictates our feelings: How you use your body affects how you feel mentally and emotionally. When we move our body to dance and sing, the process of harmonising the mind, body and heart through physical exercise, nurtures a beautiful, peaceful state, no matter what your current state is as motion creates emotion. You just feel so much happier when you do!
